Noticed fast improvement within 12 hours
I noticed a big difference one day after starting it. More mental energy, more alert, memory seems better. Definitely gives a big lift.

Results unknown at this point
I've only been taking it for just under 2 weeks, but so far I've not seen a noticeable difference…other than, since directions are to take it with water at bedtime, it might mean a mid-night trip to the bathroom.

Haven't been using it long enough to tell if it's effective. Taking it before bed as suggested kept me from sleeping. I take it at lunchtime now and don't see sleep disruptions.

Really do not feel this pill should be taken at night. Every night I took this I was unable to sleep.

It needs to be reevaluated to make it more efficient. It is not like Prevagen, but the price is certainly better.
