As a dietary supplement MSM does the job. I am very pleased with the results I receive from this supplement. I am 58 years old and it keeps me going when I shouldn't be able to get up in the morning. Digestion is the biggest positive result I see from MSM. I drink a glass of water with one scoop at breakfast and dinner and I feel fine.

This product was recommended to me by a friend, so I decided to try this powder form instead of the capsules which I have used before. Taste is a little bitter, but mixing it in juice makes it much easier to drink. Haven't been using this very long, but I will continue to do so.

I have been using MSM from Swanson's for almost a year and am very pleased with it. I'm not going to explain all the benefits it has, but you can Google MSM protocol and find a lot of articles to read. I take this and Swanson's powdered Vitamin C first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Out of all the supplements I take, this is one of my favorites.

I am a big baby when it comes to taking anything nasty! HOWEVER, MSM is worth it. It is A LOT easier to take if you only mix enough to dissolve it - only a Tbl spn or two of liquid. Chase it with something U like. If you make a whole glass of it - it's GROSS and you'll hate it!!

The problem with this product is that it tastes bad and has to be loaded into capsules. MSM from NOW Foods is tasteless and can be added directly to food.

This was the first time I tried this MSM. I bought it because of the price, and thought MSM was all the same. This product had a different, taste, smell and texture. I do not care for it at all. I have to finish it though. Next time I will go back to my other MSM label, the Mercola brand

I ordered this rather than another brand that was more expensive. I was reading the advice of a raw food diet expert who suggested adding this to water and lemon in the morning and drinking all day...I cannot imagine doing it in the quantity she suggested, unless her brand tastes much better! I usually take MSM in capsule form, and I will likely do that again once I have taken all of this...right now I just take once scoop with a bunch of lemon juice and 1 glass of water and some stevia, and I drink it first thing in the morning and get it over with, for it tastes HORRIBLE.
