I add the MSM powder along with L-glutamine, lemon flavored Arginine and mint flavored Barley Max, into a few ounces of coconut water for a gr8 and powerful good tasting drink. Also, I just ordered from Swanson the powdered Vitamin C and will experiment adding that also.

I have been using MSM from Swanson's for almost a year and am very pleased with it. I'm not going to explain all the benefits it has, but you can Google MSM protocol and find a lot of articles to read. I take this and Swanson's powdered Vitamin C first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Out of all the supplements I take, this is one of my favorites.

I am a Pastor and am teaching a class on Monday nights called "Health to the Body". We have been learning about supplements. This is one supplement we have been studying and taking. I just started taking this about a month ago. It does amazing things to your body. I did purchase another brand and they both work the exact same for me. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their life. This is something everyone SHOULD add to their daily supplement regimen.

As we age, we slow down and things that did not hurt yesterday are hurting today. Had a friend suggest getting this product, for three week I have added it to my morning shake. I am now riding my bike again. I am feeling 15 years younger! The taste is blended with my fruit so I can't taste it at all. It is easy to use and love the quality.

I am a big baby when it comes to taking anything nasty! HOWEVER, MSM is worth it. It is A LOT easier to take if you only mix enough to dissolve it - only a Tbl spn or two of liquid. Chase it with something U like. If you make a whole glass of it - it's GROSS and you'll hate it!!

The problem with this product is that it tastes bad and has to be loaded into capsules. MSM from NOW Foods is tasteless and can be added directly to food.

This was the first time I tried this MSM. I bought it because of the price, and thought MSM was all the same. This product had a different, taste, smell and texture. I do not care for it at all. I have to finish it though. Next time I will go back to my other MSM label, the Mercola brand
