Effective Product
I use this product with my largest meal of the day that contains the most carbs/sugars. It seems to work. I do not test my blood sugar, but because I do not eat a lot of sugars/carbs, I do notice how my body reacts when I eat them. With taking the Mulberry Leaf Extract I do not notice that sudden 'rush' after eating a meal with lots of carbs/sugar.This is a product I will continue to take. And it's convenient with only needing to take one pill a day with food.

Don't know if it works but Swanson is reputable
Haven't used it long enough to tell if it works for me but have been buying Swanson products for many years with no complaints. I'm hoping it helps my body not react too negatively when I eat sweets and maybe help me drop a few pounds

Helpful product.
For years I used a product that contained mulberry leaf. I no longer use the product; I ordered yourmulberry leaf a couple of months ago. It has a higher amount of mulberry than I used to take. I am very satisfied.

This supplement, which is taken to reduce carbohydrate absorption, contains rice flour, a carbohydrate. This makes no sense.
