A Great No Iron Vitamin
Great vitamin at a good price. There is a noticeable difference in overall health when taking this vitamin. It's nice to find one without iron that doesn't skimp on the other nutrients. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to others.

Staying healthy
Took me forever to find a multivitamin with no iron. This one met all my needs perfect. There are many out there, but this brand is made in the USA and that was very important to me. It doesn't come out of China not made in Japan.

Dont go to ten different sites, just check Walmart
liked fast shipping and emails of eta of items . Also like finding name brand vitamins handled by walmart at equal or lesser prices than going to mfg. and less shipping costs

Ugly. Yellow, peppered with black. They really don't smell, or taste bad. Not small, but most multi vitamins aren't.

Well Formulated Product
Unlike other multiples that are either over-compressed, hard, little, once-daily pills or that contain, or claim to, absurd amounts and percentages of nutrients, the Swanson Century multiple is formulated to serve a real purpose in an effective way.Each caplet helps insure that you receive adequate amounts of the various nutrients in a well-balanced product. The pill size is medium and has no aftertaste or 'vitamin burp' either.I have tried several and believe this product to be effective and at a price that is lower than expected. I believe it is one of Swanson's best offerings.

It's just right for me.
There are a few things that make this the best offering for me. The amounts of B2 & B6 is essentially the same, and they should be according to one of my revered doctors. The amount of B5 pantothenic acid and the amounts of B2 & B6 are just right for me if I cut the pills in half. The price for each serving is a real bargain. More than 5mg of B5 per day will interrupt my sleep.

Horrible taste. Opened 2nd bottle and found a tar like black substance on a few pills. Walmart won't accept return. Lousy service and product
