used this product for a few months.No spectacular whiz bang since it is so gentle.It takes time for it to really start working but then it does ........a great job in digestion and absorption. I use it a couple of times a day with meals and my other supplements.I believe that the other supplements work better with this product.

I had never used enzymes before. The first time I tried these, took them with me when my daughter and I went to eat Italian food. She made the statement that she would end up with indigestion and possibly loose stools. We each took 2 right before the meal as directed.Later my daughter experienced none of her normal reactions to the spicy food. I sometimes have food to stick on the way down, but when I do the ezymes first no such difficulty. I have even taken them right after a meal when I have forgotten, and had the same good results! Enzymes make our life possible. In order to better absorb the foods and supplements we take, and enable vitamins, minverals or hormones to do their work for us, we need to have enzymes first...This FULL Spectrum formula sounds right to my guts, I have used it for a while without side effects. Does it work? I think so!

This is cheaper than BioCore, especially when on sale, but doesn't have the lactose enzymes or I think some other useful things. So I take it with a meal lactose-free meal.I also add a Pancreatin enzyme when eating meat.

Upon reading the fine print I see they are made with a bioengineered food product. I'm glad Swanson actually states this, but I would appreciate if it were clear to see at a glance. It does lower my trust since this has happened with another Swanson product as well.
