Grateful for the dry form that I add into meals.
They are large pills, it would be nice to see a picture on them on the label. They work good for me. Thank you.
Highly absorbable, bioavailable form.of vitamin E
The dry version is easier for me to digest.
I absolutely love this Vitamin E. I didn't know that Dry Vitamin E existed until I found this on Swanson Vitamins. Vitamin E is absolutely necessary in my vitamin regimen, and the gel caps with the soybean is toxic to my system. I cannot tell you how happy I am with this. I also take it along with COQ10 to really help it get absorbed into my system. Thanks so much for this wonderful, economical product.
It is clean and it is not synthetic (acetate). I am allergic to every synthetic I've have tried. I've tried numerous other brands and this Succinate is the right stuff. I ran out and oh man, did I regret it!. I bought the bigger bottle this time and will not run out again!\n\nFred J.
I purchased the Natural Dry E because I had read that it is more easily absorbed than the E oil capsules. This seems to make sense to me as we all know oil and water don't mix and the human body is largely made up of water so I feel I'm getting more benefits by taking the dry E form.
While I am grateful a dry product is available, as a primary care giver, it doesn't work well for people in need of assistance.\nI purchased it for my aunt who cannot swallow pills. Yes, it is in a gelcap. So it fit my basic criteria. However, the cap itself must be glued. I can't open it any way except by cutting it with a scissor. When you cut it with a scissor, it splatters far and wide. So, I cut it, and try to contain the splatter as best I can. \nI found nothing wrong with it, tho, for someone who doesn't want to use it in this way.
I didn't realize I was buying dry caps rather than soft gels. I didn't really read the offering well, I suppose, because I've never seen vitamin E in any other form but soft gels. I prefer to stick with what I know so I wouldn't buy these again. I'll take them, of course, but it's back to soft gels after this bottle.
I and my spouse have been taking this product for several months. Unfortunately it has come to my attention that Vitamin E is frequently derived from Soy. This particular product is derived from Genetically Modified Soy Beans. So if like myself you prefer to avoid all GM products then we must look for other, undoubtedly more expensive products. What bothers me is not only does the label not mention the use of GM but it doesn't even mention "Contains Soy" so that you can be aware and do the research. An email came to me from Dr. Mercola warning to be on the look out and I had to contact Swanson asking particular guestions to get my answers. We shall see if this review makes it onto the site. I use Swanson Vitamins as the primary source for my supplements and recommend them to everyone but this has me very disappointed. Truth in labeling should be for everyone.
