I ordered this because of the blood sugar lowering capabilities and it does lower slightly and plus other health benefits.

Great product, worked really fast , very potent. I've heard complaints about some Swanson products being old , this product was fresh.

Will take and if it works for me I will buy more.

This has really helped with some of my endometriosis symptoms, and not in a placebo kind of way. I read that Baylor University is researching this as a possible treatment, so I started taking some on the off-chance it might help with some nasty stabbing pains that I was getting, and after several weeks, I have seen a major reduction in frequency, intensity and duration of pain. If you have endometriosis, this is worth a try.

I was shocked at how much this helped with my endometriosis symptoms after only a few weeks of use, and I'm nearly symptom-free after a year. Not a big herbal supplement pusher in general, but this stuff works.

I take one in the morning and one in the evening, they definitely help stabilizing my blood pressure.

Would have given it 5 stars if this product had not fillers and was just inside a gelatin capsule and also the expiration date on this was under a year, i would have like to see products that expire a year or more from the date of delivery
