Miracle
I was having horrific nocturnal leg cramps. After doing a deep dive, I finally found a study which cited causes. Started taking this at night with my magnesium glycinate. It was a miracle. P5P is a form of B6 which is more bioavailable. A B6 deficiency can attribute to nocturnal leg cramps.
