High Quality Modified Pectin at a Good Cost Point
Personal research has shown that modified pectin is an extremely good prebiotic. Swanson makes it easy to supplement with capsules that have less additional ingredients and are more cost effective than the competitors. This product has made a noticeable difference after a month of use.

Disappointed
I bought this hoping for a detox and found out there's rice based products in it and rice carries arsenic which I was going to take this product to remove arsenic so I threw it out.
