Since it is an ingredient in the high priced blood sugar contolling combinations, I take it in combination with Bitter Melon,Banaba extract and Gymnema Sylvestre. Works for me.Happy that Swansons has all the products I search for with comparable, and many times higher quality for less money.

The policosanol seems to be working! My readings indicate favorably. And any side effects are very minor.

One big identification problem Policisanol 20 mg caps and Nattokinase 2000 plus (Doctor's plus) both look the same.They can get mixed up too easily.
