Great stuff to keep your heart healthy
Pomegranates are low in calories and fat but high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Benefits include antioxidants, heart health, urinary health, exercise endurance, and more.
Swanson has so many excellent and hard to find herbal extracts, this being one of many I use!
Love it
I was in the Middle Age Doldrums, moody and on edge. Taking Swanson's Pomegrante Extract for a few weeks is giving me back a relaxed feeling of well-being! I usually do a little research before I buy a product. That's why I always look for standarized active ingredients, because I know I'm getting the components of the plant which have been studied. Good price on top of it all!
Red rasberries have ellagic acid. So does pomagranate --only more. Ellagic acid has a powerful effect towards to strengthen the immune system You would have to eat so many rasberries every day , counting on them is not practical. I am taking the Swanson Pomagranate extract to be sure I have a strong immune system.
i'm not a big fan of generic brands because, as a rule, they're not consistent in quality or less potent as brands. it was different with this particular item. i was surprised by the high quality. so far ordered it twice and both times it was very good.
I took this doubting that it would do anything, but looking for relief. The difference is subtle, but I feel more comfortable in my body. I am able to enjoy the day's activities more, and relax better at night.
Billed as Pomegranate Extract, but ingredient label shows it only as secondary ingredient in a blend with sumac...the amt stated appears to be for the blend, so don't know exactly how much pomegranate extract you're really getting...will return this one.
I must be the Lone Ranger here but honestly I could discern no difference after consuming this product as directed. Glad it helps other, tho.
