I like taking this product in liquid form as I can adjust the amount more precisely that I take each day.
The funny thing I don't eat sea food. But this tastes good mixed in a small bit of water and taken like a shot. I like that I get more of the good stuff compared to the capsules.
Good levels of EPA and DHA. The small bottle has lasted me quite a while. It helps me to feel "sharp." Taste is fine too!
Great lemon flavor and you get a large amount of dha and epa in every spoonful
I like it very much.
This is my pick for omega three support. In today's polluted oceans, you have to use molecular distilled cod liver oil to avoid the organic mercury, DDT and PCB's present in cod liver oil. This outfit (Ecomega) sources their fish from pretty clean waters, filters the oil well, then distills it at low pressure to provide a top notch supplement. You could feed this to any five-year-old because it has no fish taste, no fish smell and no fish burp. Distillation also avoids giving you too high a dose of vitamin A, which is a danger in cod liver oil. All other providers of molecular distilled cod liver oil that I have found charge much more for it.
I take so many vitamins and oils. I will tell you that when I showed it to my Doctor he looked at the bottle and told me " that's some good stuff". He knows all Vitamins I take. Swanson has a good grade of products and I know I can trust them.
This a good tasting product. Normally when I take cod liver oil I have to quickly take something after it to endure the fishy taste. This lemon is just enough to take that away and I'm able to take a spoonful of it without following up with anything afterwards
It is easy to take, no after taste. I think it is boosting my energy.
I am sure the product is good, but I did not want lemon flavored. Looking at the front of the bottle there is nothing to tell the consumer that it contains lemon. I specifically bought this product over other brands because I thought it would not have lemon.
