We take these after reading about the importance of probiotics~good health begins in the gut! It's a good habit but have to remember to take each capsule at proper time so not as convenient as other supplements. Nevertheless we do our best to help our body.

This is truly one of those supplements I take consistently for the long term. It helps to keep my digestive tract healthy and regular. I believe it does a great job for my immunity as well. I love the convenience as it requires no refrigeration. Very good product!

This is a great value in a perfect combination formula of healthy probiotics, with many healthy organisms present, all offered in a delightfully fresh package. It is very valuable to have a different formula for morning and evening, insuring a full supply of fresh probiotics to increase overall efficacy throughout the day. This has become a personal favorite and is highly recommended.

I am a big believer in probiotics and was so happy to find Swanson Triple Pact which includes ProLacto Acidophilus, Pro-biotic-4, and NutraFlora. These cover the full spectrum of probiotics, and NutraFlora feeds them. They have really helped my GI health. The price is fabulous, too.

I just started taking this product, and their is allot of things to look at before total evaulating. The main thing for now is the value, and it is the best I have found. The effectiveness is based on an individual that has been taking the vitamins for years and has allot of valuable information about the product.

Was hopeful that the combination of pre- and probiotics( I was using the 3-product Combo Pack) would promote daily regularity. But after a month's use, this was not the case. Eliminations were generally easy, and sometimes more frequent than once/day. But even without dietary changes, there were days of no output. I was doing as well or better, with a daily dose of Magnesium Citrate (which I suspended during the period of taking the probiotics). I'm disappointed that the results were not more effective, yet I would suggest you give this combination a try -- you might experience better results. I did not have a huge problem before, but really wanted to get back to eliminations "dependable as clockworks" Be Well

Even though I took this as suggested it is the only product of the many I use from Swanson that unfortunately does not seem to work for me. ] A better item would be a once daily capsule which I have found elsewhere that I find suits me perfectly. Sorry.

We took this for a while and couldn't tell any difference at all, so I did the probiotic test with milk, and the results showed that there was no live activity at all in the 2 probiotics. As for the NutraFlora, I just don't know if it's doing anything or not. Low price, but that's not of any use if the products don't work. I will be returning this one.
