Good price and I hope it works
The stuff is supposed to help reduce cholesterol if you moderate your diet. It also helps to keep you from getting clogged up but i generally dont have any problems in that area so i take this great priced item medicinally

Far better than others!
This Swanson's brand of husks is far more effective and economical than a top selling national brand that I used. I take it as directed and it helps shoot my appreciate and does the other things is suppose to do. I recommend this BRAND above all others.
