SwansonVitamins are high quality 4 a great price
I like SwansonVitamins products. The psyllium husk comes in a nice size at a great price. I buy a lot from their own website, but it's convenient when I can buy here on Walmart, where I'm already buying groceries. I trust the Swanson brand, and have made many recipes using the psyllium husk.

Perfect complement to my nutrition!
Psyllium Husk is a terrific product!!! It has regulated my bowel movements because it moves digestion along smoothly. I enjoy putting it on my peanut butter and honey sandwich on whole wheat each day. My question to you. How do I redeem points on my account? Thank you.

Works for me every time!
I love this powder. It easily mixes with apple juice and this makes it taste delicious. I take it before bed followed by a cup of bedtime tea. I always make sure I have this product in my pantry. Do not hesitate to buy!

Quality Product- Mixes great.
Mixes really well, and delivers all of the fiber benefit without all of the SUGAR that comes from other brands. I mix it into my pre-workout which delivers plenty of flavor, so taste is not a concern for me.

Unnecessary oversized packaging contains only 1/3 of the product
We've been using this product for a long time. It's probably the best among all choices of fiber supplements. However, we are very surprised that they changed packaging on our most recent order. Instead of the 3.5” diameter tub, they now use a huge 5” diameter tub which has more than 2.5x capacity. When we opened the tub, there's only about 1/3 product inside. This is a total waste of packaging!!!

Psyllium Husk Not so helpful
I took it to help avoid constipation. I consumed a lot of water as part of the plan. It seems my constipation is worse after using it for a few months. I am pleased with most of the Swanson products I use; I am a very long established customer and spend a lot of money with Swanson.
