Swanson Psyllium Husks 610 mg 100 Capsules

I have been a frequent loyal consumer of psyllium husk products, as they provide the most effective source of adding additional fiber to your diet. Swanson brand is my favorite go-to, for many years, as they offer very effective, good quality, supplements, at the best prices. I consume quite a lot of fiber rich foods in my daily diet, so I only take ONE capsule of psyllium husk per day (the suggested dose is up to three capsules), but if you consume a lot of fiber in your meals, just taking one capsule per day is more than sufficient to reap the rewards, from adding Swanson psyllium to your daily routine.

There has been a push on social media for men to buy fiber pills. These work great at a fraction of the cost.

I'm happy with the price and effectiveness of these. Its nice to have a convenient option to add fiber when I need it.

I do like it but can't imagine taking 3 daily. One is just perfect for me. Makes this an even greater value!

It seems to be just fine and yes, I'd recommend it someone as they are hard to find in most places, or gone and psyllium husk capsules are easy to swallow and work well. I recommend Swanson's to many people I meet in the stores shopping for supplements. As Swanson's is very seldom out of stock which I can't say for local for local supplement suppliers.

I would recommend this product if you have problems using the bath room I've took it for years and it's a been good for me I love it
