Pumpkin seed oil combined with saw palmetto is an excellent treatment for prostate symptoms in men. Do your research to find the right dosage. Pumpkin seeds are good also but are fattening.

These softgels are easy to take and it may take some time to see any affects. I will do a write up on how they work on memory at a later time.

Received two bottles in my last order and the Softgel capsules in each bottle were stuck together like a block. I opened one bottle try prying the capsules apart and they will not. One bottle was dented on the bottom. I have ordered these many times and never have the bottles came like this. It seems quality control is slipping. The batch # A26374. I did call customer service and they are sending replacement bottles
