Capsule too large.Color is same as Calcium w Magnesium. In a pill box you cannot tell the type of pill.Description confused me as being an enhanced Ubiquinol for people older than 50.

To be honest, with all the supplements that I take it is very difficult to single out just one in particular because they all contribute to my feeling of wellness and Swanson products by far the best quality and value out there.
