Swanson Q-gel Mega 200 200 mg 30 Softgels

CoQ10 is lipophilic, so this is an economic version with fat.

Been taking CoQ10 for a decade now. I have not found a better product than this! It's super absorbing...and you can actually see results with it! I like the Mega 200 better, just because it's less pills to take daily, but it comes in 100mg and 60 sgels as well!

This is a good product, although the pill is very large, so if you have trouble swallowing large pills beware. Sure would be nice if Swanson offered this in larger than 30 count containers though.

My doctor said I would feel a burst of energy once I started taking Q-Gel. So far, no burst after a month of taking it. Maybe it will still come? I sure hope so. On the bright side, there are no side effects, at least for me.
