When you're taking multiple supplements, it's hard to know which, if any, is making a difference. I'm over 40 and have had difficulty losing weight. About 3 weeks ago, I started taking Razberi-K and omega-7 oil as well as adding a tablespoon of chia seeds (high in omega-3) to my daily diet. I'm also watching my caloric intake, avoiding sugar and refined starch, and trying to exercise more. I didn't see results right away, but finally, I'm losing weight (about 5 lbs. so far). Based on previous dieting efforts, my sense is that the supplements are helping. I've also noticed a big reduction in my craving for sweets.

I'm in my 3rd bottle of this product and now I'm starting to see the results. I've been getting compliments for the past month that I'm loosing weight. Due to this product is natural it takes time to work. This was recommended to me by my best friend who lost 20lbs.

Not sure about this one yet. Just started taking. Thought I'd try it as an addition to my weight loss supplements.

I have tried so many products over the years to get rid of stubborn fat. I continue to chase rainbows and like so many other products this did not deliver any pot of gold at the end. I was even taking 2,000 mg and sometimes twice daily. I read where you had to take at least 1,000 mg a day. I tried 1,000 mg and 2,000 mg to have no affect, zero, zip!! I am glad that it is working for some people, but sadly it did not work for me! I did find another rainbow though...no gold yet!! :)

I don't see anyone else posting about this aspect of the supplement, but for me it caused jitteriness, light-headedness and some nausea - all the same effects I get from caffeine or other stimulants. Even though the product is stimulant-free, I felt this effect. Based on that, I researched and found some information that the raspberry ketone molecule closely resembles that of caffeine. So for me, it's not a good choice. I am VERY sensitive to caffeine in concentrated forms. It especially bothers my stomach and head. But if you're not bothered by stimulants, go for it!I have no idea if it's effective because I couldn't continue taking them after trying a few times. :(

I'm kinda skinny with belly fat, my bottle is gone & the only I notice is bloatedness, so my belly seems bigger. I have been feeling really sluggish lately & it's hard to get outta bed, maybe it's this stuff. My mom tried it & had an allergic reaction, I guess it's too much raspberry packed into 1 pill!
