What a simple way to get ketones.

I purchased this product after reading several of the reviews. Once I recieved it, I began to take it according to the directions on the bottle. I noticed a slight decrease in my desire to snack during the day but I would still get hit with terrible carb cravings at night. The second week I decided to take 2 with my mid-morning snack along with an 8 oz glass of water. That's when I started to see the magic! Although I still crave sweets in the evening, the craving is considerably less. The wonderful part is, when I give into the desire to snack, after a few bites I am full. I can literally FEEL the fullness! So now, instead of eating half the pan of brownies, I am satisfied after one or two. So glad to have found this product!

I really like these. I have noticed some weight loss not much, however they are doing something and that to me is reason to continue. My lifestyle hasn't changed either. I eat healthy yet at times my portions are larger than they should be & yet I am loosing about 1 lb per week. I can live with that.

I have been taking this for a few of months now. When I first tried it, nothing happened. Then my sister in law told me to take 3 pills a day. Then something happened. I dropped 10 pounds.Unfortunately I went on vacation and stopped exercising and watching what I ate. I gained weight on vacation, but I have been taking it off again.Don't give up on it it, you just may need to up the dosage, And try to stay away from the junk food.

I'm in my 3rd bottle of this product and now I'm starting to see the results. I've been getting compliments for the past month that I'm loosing weight. Due to this product is natural it takes time to work. This was recommended to me by my best friend who lost 20lbs.

I am glad I only purchased 1 bottle, and I am glad I did not pay a lot of money for this product. Not only does it repeat (I taste raspberry essence for hours), but for the life of me, I can see absolutely no effect at all. This was my one and only bottle.

I don't see anyone else posting about this aspect of the supplement, but for me it caused jitteriness, light-headedness and some nausea - all the same effects I get from caffeine or other stimulants. Even though the product is stimulant-free, I felt this effect. Based on that, I researched and found some information that the raspberry ketone molecule closely resembles that of caffeine. So for me, it's not a good choice. I am VERY sensitive to caffeine in concentrated forms. It especially bothers my stomach and head. But if you're not bothered by stimulants, go for it!\nI have no idea if it's effective because I couldn't continue taking them after trying a few times. :(
