I had been using a brand name for Red Clover, and I decided to try the Swanson's. I'm glad I did, because it works every bit as well as the name brand and may even be a little better! So I'm switching brands for my red clover from here on out and saving money, too!

I got this for my wife to help with her menopause. She takes this, along with wild yam and black cohosh and they do seem to help a great deal. All her symptoms are greatly reduced and we think that all of these have helped with that. Not to mention, they are all at a great price. Thanks Swanson!!

I started using red clover as a post menopausal aid because even though progesterone cream helped me considerably, I still had some of the symptoms of being estrogen deficient. Red clover took away those symptoms within a few days. The first brand I took was over $20 and a big name brand. I decided to give the Swansons's brand a try and it is every bit as good. Because I am on progesterone, I need only to take 320mg a day. Since Swanson's is larger, I just break open the capsule and measure it to a !/4 tsp and drink it with water in the morning. I have tried to take more, but it just seems to be too much. I love that the red clover helps me to feel very calm, have fewer hot flashes, and has taken way the personal dryness I found so uncomfortable. Also, the weight from my midsection which had increased due to being post menopausal has seemed to decrease and has shifted around so that I feel my figure is more young looking again. I am so glad I found this. I plan on taking this for the rest of my life as it has helped me so much. Thank you Swanson for providing high quality products.
