I've only started taking Reservatol twice a day, two weeks ago, and have noticed subtle improvements in mental agility and skin texture. Been taking this for years since it gives me the benefits of wine without the alcohol. I believe in a small glass of red wine each day, but this capsule makes sure that I get even more of the benefits found in the skin of the red grape - resveratrol! I swear by it! I'm sure it's one of the reasons I'm as healthy as I am at my age! (The others are good diet, plenty of rest and regular exercise.)

After reading articles about the benefits of Resveratrol I felt it might be good for me. Later I saw a poster recommending the product in my Cardiologists office which validated my faith in it, even though my GP claims it's a product to strengthen eyes.

The only thing I can say is that I tried this to see what it would do. I take a lot of vitamins so I didn't notice a big change except that my hair grew quicker. I noticed a change when I stopped taking it. My body just felt run down after about a week or two. I started back taking it cause it was doing something, just not sure what.

It made me feel lethargic and sleepy . It did also increase my appetite .

This is my first trial of this brand. i discontinued use after several days when I was not responding as usual to a resveratrol supplement. (Note: I have taken other resveratrol supplements for years). Do not know if the gelatin capsule or a filler is the negative "suspect/culprit".
