Mental clarity.
I've been taking it for years and get mental clarity. I notice if I miss taking it a day I'm not as focused or clear headed. I also noticed I don't feel as stressed in my high stress job.

Swanson has jumped the shark!
In December 2024 I purchased one bottle of this product for $6.39. Now it is going for $22.49!! That's insane! Why would I spend that kind of money for this product? I think Swanson needs to reevaluate its pricing scheme... Emphasis on scheme. For value I would give zero or negative double digit score.
