These probiotics helped.
I have recently discovered that I carry more of the bacteria than most people which could cause a issues. S. boulardii may help keep harmful bacteria in check, but it's not a guaranteed prevention method on its own. It's most effective when combined with other gut-supportive strategies. I have been taking this along with Swanson EpicPro 25 probiotics and have noticed a big change in my digestive health. I recommend the combination if you are having digestive Issues.

This probiotic is amazing. It works great, and I feel such a big difference in my energy and the way I feel. As someone with an auto immune thyroid problem, it even helps my energy levels. I highly recommend this product.

Good generic for good price
Great price on this generic pre-biotic. Does exactly what it's meant for, Bo us that you can use with antibiotics. Been a fan of the name brand florastor for years, generic works as well.
