Overall well-being seems to be improving. But, haven't really had time or labs to really tell about real time benefit, but expecting good results.

You sure can't beat the amount of elderberry that you get for the price. I like that they're capsules instead of gummies that have sugar or sweetener, and get stuck in your teeth. I'm looking forward to staying healthy this winter taking these.

I love elderberry jelly, so I thought the caps would the way to go.It's still a litle early to say how well they work , I have only been taking them a couple of weeks, I like to wait at least 90 days, I do feel better, but I am also trying many other supplements.I do like your products and have not had any problems with Swanson. If you could ask me again in about 2 months I will give you a better evaluation.
