I appreciate Lee's research tips that I get in my e-mail. I also appreciate the snail mail offers from 'others' who tell me about cutting edge items for only $39.95/month with FREE shipping. One was for Astaxanthin - and as a man - I needed it. Let me check Swanson's first - WAIT! I am already getting something BETTER than what 'they' promised - at $9.95 for TWO months supply. LEE already knew he was 'cutting edge!' Surprise! Surprise!

Very good product but the suggested use is incorrect. It should be 2 softgels per day. The standard dose of saw palmetto extract is 320 mg per day. There is astaxanthin in this which takes up some room so to get 320 mg of saw palmetto you have to take 2.

There are al lot of things I do to help my health and care for my prostate. It's hard to say that prostate complex solely helps my prostate health but it is part of m regimen of supplements that I take to help me. I also exercise regularly, hydrate well, get great sleep and eat as healthy as possible regularly.

I have used a variety of prostate supplements over the last 15 years, and have never found a product that works as well as this one. I also like the convenience of taking it just once a day. I take it with Swanson Zinc Picolinate. This might also help.

Phone agent told me that the Herbal Prostate Complex I usually buy was unavailable when I called. He said this was a comparable product. To me for something to be comparable it needs to be formulated very close to the other item. This is not! It may work as well, but...
