BECAUSE I HAVE HYPO THYROID, MY GIANT EALGLE PHARMACIST RECOMMENED I ADD SELENIUM AS A DAILY SUPPLEMENTS. I HAVE TAKEN IT FAITHFULLY SINCE. SOME TIME BACK, I SAW A VETERINARY PROGRAM ON TV WHERE THE DR. INSTRUCTED ALL DAIRYMAN TO SUPPLEMENT THEIR CATTLE WITH SELENIUM, PARTICULARILY IN AREAS WHERE THE SOIL IS DEPLETED DUE TO YEARS OF FARMING. FOR THOSE OF YOU WITH THYROID ISSUES GET ON IT RIGHT AWAY. I RECENTLY SWITCHED TO THIS SWANSON BRAND, FOR IT HAS HIGHEST REVIEW RATINGS. MARLENE ><>

100 mcg is perfect
These really work well. People don't need much, so the 100 mcg capsules are the perfect size, with no risk of an overdose.
