Convenient supplement
I use this along with Jarrows Zinc Balance, also found on this site.This is a very easy-to-swallow cap, and a very compact bottle; couldn't be any more convenient. I take this every few days or once a week -- basically, I space it out -- to make sure I'm not overdoing it (I may be excessively cautious with supplements, but better safe than sorry, I always figure). I try to keep in mind to take it easy with minerals and fat-soluble vitamins; remember, the body works best when it's in balance, and if a little is really good, more is not necessarily better, and too much is just as bad as not having nearly enough.Anyway, yeah, the price on this is great, and the product seems to be top-notch. I'm happy with my purchase.

A plus for prostate health!
I have taken Selenium for about 2 months. Since I am a man over 40, I take it for the express purpose of prostate health. So I would give it 5 stars just for that reason.
