Swanson Soil-based Organisms 5 Billion Cfu 90 Veggie Capsules

This item I ordered because it seemed to fit some of the things I needed help with and so far this item and items I have, fit well with all, so am hoping that it will be what I was looking for. Swanson products so far have been exactly what I wanted.

The best value for a good number of strains. I take this when I travel everywhere to keep me regular and feeling better. I especially like that it includes saccharomyces boulardii as well as some whole food prebiotic. It makes things so convenient.

Love these. I have a loud gurgle-y stomach after eating and this helps me so much. I also take it with Dr. Langer's 16 Billion Probiotic and occasionally throw in Digestitol or Prebiotic/ Probiotic with fiber by Swanson's as well.

This is one of the many good probiotics I use with great results!

Good probiotic for improving your gut health.

I'm not sure if they work, but they certainly don't hurt. Will not buy again, but everyone seems very happy with this so I'll continue to trial them.

I like to do a variety of different probiotics to address gut health. I can't say anything more than that.

I have tried a variety of probiotics trying to find what is best for me. This one has the most comprehensive list of strains & it seems to be working well so far. I do not take a separate prebiotic but this product seems to cover those also. I also eat pre- and probiotic foods to keep my system humming along efficiently.

Seems to be good, but I need a longer trial period to actually tell. I've been taking 2/day of your Digestive Essentials (SWC110) for a couple of months and find that they are very effective digestive aids (but they seem possibly to promote gas). With these items and one acidophilus/day my digestion seems to have improved a lot since the time I didn't take any of these things.

I did not purchase this, I just wanted to point out that I could not because it contains nightshades which are not good, you should look into nightshades first.
