I bought this for the health benefits cuz I can't ever find the real thing at any store w/o having to grow it myself which I can't do for several reasons but if it's working i wouldn't know cuz it's not something u feel or notice it's working - it's more of a behind the scenes type of supplement that is good for ur body internally but cuz it's listed supplement to take for longevity of life

First time trying this product and I don't see any side effects except some bloating maybe. it seems the Swanson quality promise is upheld with this product.
