It helps me if I remember to take some in the morning, but if my husband takes it in the afternoon he may not get a good effect like I do.

I thought that stinging nettles were good for prostate and I thought this would be a convenient way to take it. I just squirt a dropper full into my drink and now I don't have to take a pill. However, after doing some research I found that it was not the LEAF; it is the ROOT that is used in Europe to help with prostate. So I was not doing my prostate any good by taking this product and there is no liquid Stinging Nettle Root. So, now I will purchase the pill form and no longer use the liquid leaf form.

I am still undecided about it. I only use occasionally, when I remember to use it. I don't remember the effects of it when I do use it. I haven't any short - term memory. Excuse me.

I am sorry to have to tell you your Is not as good as the product I buy in SF.
