Speeding my package delivery

I was pleased to find the Swanson Super DPA Fish Oil supplement as it is a great value compared to the other options I found. I have been taking it for a month now and plan to continue using it.

it is easier than going out my back door to the Ruby river catching a rainbow cleaning it cooking it maybe not as tasty but a lot less mess

I have been taking them now for a week. All I can say is hard to tell if they are working. The size of gelcap is big, but goes down with water. No aftertaste.

I can not give a Supplement 5-Stars because in reality...I have no idea (at least as of yet) if I am benefitting from taking the supplement! However, the 'Super DPA Fish Oil' which I purchased on-line offered by Swanson, pleases me greatly as it is difficult to locate a supplemental DPA Omega-3 product...Kudos Swanson!
