I like them
I have been using this products forat least 10 years. Easy to swallowgel pills. I take 2 daily with food.No issues here.My heart, brain and liver are nothingto complain about yet.This and many other vitamins keep mein good health.

Good stuff
It's pretty good not sure if it's truly has the amount of lecithin that at 1200 mg would have in it but I hope it does because it's more economical than the regular 1200 mg is

I have replaced this product.
I ordered this product by mistake. It contains soy which is a GMO product. The amount of phosphatidylcholine is also low, at 95 mg per gel cap (one serving). I have change to “NOW” brand which is non-GMO, no soy. It also has 2.4 grams of Lecithin and 360 mg of Phosphatidylcholine per serving (2 gel caps).
