Taurine for deep sleep.
These are great for helping get a deep sleep. I take one an hour before bedtime and I start the night with a 4 hour straight of sleep which I never have because I used to toss from side to side all night.

The ultimate chill pill !
Can't say enough good things about this product. Excellent stress reliever which is so important to good heart health. I take one every evening with Hawthorn berries and magnesium citrate for a good nights sleep at bedtime and in the morning before I leave for work I open a capsule under my tongue to help keep the day in proper perspective. Great heart health aid. Wouldn't be without it. Great product.

Unbeatable Price
The price of Swanson's Taurine cannot be beat and are of good quality. I'm taking for energy, mental wellness & good heart function. Also heard it's a potent antioxidant and may calm excitable brain states. Results seen in due time when taken daily on an empty stomach.
