Taurine for deep sleep.
These are great for helping get a deep sleep. I take one an hour before bedtime and I start the night with a 4 hour straight of sleep which I never have because I used to toss from side to side all night.

A very good price & good quality
I have found this product essential for my heart health. I take it daily and It is a supplement I make sure that I don't run out of. I have found that it is very effective in certain areas of heart health. Please read up on this amino acid.This is also a good price. I take it at the same time I take my multiple or a B complex because B-6 helps it to be better absorbed. I also prefer the capsules to tablets.

Natural Calming Supplement.
I take one capsule at night to help me calm down and sleep. It's a natural amino acid, so I as long as I take it in moderation I don't have to worry about any side affects. Swanson provides a quality product at a very affordable price, and the bottle lasts me 3 months!
