Tonalin is part of my weight loss & fat burning supplement regime. CLA, GLA and Borage Oil. This is a formula I found on a support forum for morbidly obese people.... which I'm not. But I was frustrated with the medical industry handing me a diet that was twice the amount of food I was currently consuming. After some research and looking for natural ingredients, I gave it a try & it works! This may not work for everyone but so far I have lost 40 lbs since last fall. Decreases the "bad" food cravings. Great product at an awesome price!

This stuff is amazing. I've always been pretty athletic and trim. I carried around this annoying extra pound or two on my abdomen that no matter what I did would not go away. I was probably around 6-7 % bod fat at the time.Now with slightly adjusting my diet and using CLA, I have cut pretty much all that visceral fat. I can see all 8 of my abs without flexing, when normally I could only see them by kinda giving my ab fat a nice pull down. I'm probably around 4%-5% which is healthy for me at 28 and being active.So, I can't guarantee this works, but if you take out gluten and dairy and add this, I think you'll find it does everything it claims.

CLA takes time to show effect. I read a book by Lorena Vandethaegae and she says that there is a study of one group taking classes vs placebo group and after 90 days, group with cla lost average of 7% of body fat. I have only been on it for 30 days so not quiet really the effect but the quantity for the price I best I found on the market.The gel capsule is quite big so for those not able to swallow big capsules might be difficult.

Works as expected easier to swallow will buy again when run out. Glad I bought many bottles.

Figured I'd try this for the first time. Seemed like a good one to try out & the price was reasonable.

My husband and I took CLA for nine months before deciding it really wasn't helping and we weren't seeing results from taking this supplement. We were not expecting miracles, we hit the gym 3-4 times a week and do treadmill/elliptical and weight training. We have not taken it in three months and do not see any negatives from going off of it. We continue to get in better shape and I have lost an additional inch off my waist since I quit taking it, which I attribute to eating better and exercise.I still would say to give this a shot, it may work for you.

I've used supplements before that yielded minor results in helping to burn up fat. But this did nothing for me. I picked up about an inch of fat around my waist during winter. I'm about 6'2" and 180 lbs. mostly solid muscle. Was trying to burn off the small fat layer around my waist to make my six-pack [now just a hint of one] come out again.
