Swanson Tonalin Cla 1,000 mg 100 Softgels

Tonalin is part of my weight loss & fat burning supplement regime. CLA, GLA and Borage Oil. This is a formula I found on a support forum for morbidly obese people.... which I'm not. But I was frustrated with the medical industry handing me a diet that was twice the amount of food I was currently consuming. After some research and looking for natural ingredients, I gave it a try & it works! This may not work for everyone but so far I have lost 40 lbs since last fall. Decreases the "bad" food cravings. I find Swanson's CLA to be a very effective aid to reduce that final layer of winter fat. I take two capsules before each meal. I have never recorded any weight loss that I can attribute to CLA but I have repeatedly recorded a reduced waist size each spring. It takes at least 30 days to be noticeable and I continue use for 90 days each year. Most noticeable is the reduction of the fat that wraps around the sides and back of my waist.

I lost 10 pounds in 3 months due to changing my eating habits and exercising but wound up with an injury and couldn't exercise. I was worried that all my hard work would go to waste and I'd gain the weight back. I heard about CLA and gave it a try. I haven't been able to exercise for a month but by taking CLA, I have lost an additional 6 pounds. Though I'm still eating properly, I feel like CLA is helping me to continue losing. I have no trouble with the pill size because it's a gel pill and not a hard one.

Great product so far. CLA is is a fatty acid supplement that works to promote or burn body fat. Along with diet and exercise I will give this a try and see what my results are in a month. Long ago I used to take CLA while lifting weights and it always helped me gain lean muscle. Swanson is a good company and that is why I am giving this a try,

Figured I'd try this for the first time. Seemed like a good one to try out & the price was reasonable.

My husband and I took CLA for nine months before deciding it really wasn't helping and we weren't seeing results from taking this supplement. We were not expecting miracles, we hit the gym 3-4 times a week and do treadmill/elliptical and weight training. We have not taken it in three months and do not see any negatives from going off of it. We continue to get in better shape and I have lost an additional inch off my waist since I quit taking it, which I attribute to eating better and exercise.I still would say to give this a shot, it may work for you.
