Great Fiber Product
Great product. Helps me keep my cholesterol in check. Easy to take before each meal. This really works for me.

Works well
Works well. I do have to take about 5 a day to get the results I want. But no bloating or discomfort from this fiber for me. Seems to be a good combination of fibers. Of course, everyone is different, so you just have to try it/test it out to see how well you do with it.
