Swanson Tribulus Terrestris Extract 500 mg 60 Capsules

I get compliments on my youthful look and I believe taking supplements are a contributing factor.

Swanson has so many excellent and hard to find herbal extracts, this being one of many I use!

This is a standardized extract which means you get an accurate percentage content of steroidal saponins. This herb really works but it takes weeks for it to show results. Also, because it promotes increased production of Testosterone in men, it may produce different or no results in females.

i like this supplement quite a lot. it's a tricky balance to get my energy level right, but i am pleased with tribulus terrestris as a way to increase my energy and strength.\nif not taking the Swanson Full Spectrum Tribulus Fruit product with breakfast, i take 2 caps of this 45% Bulgarian extract with breakfast, then 1 cap of this extract with lunch and 1 cap around 4 PM. seems to work well to get me through the afternoon and day.\nas mentioned, i do like the Swanson full spectrum tribulus fruit product too, although it is milder and less stimulating but maybe more overall positive in it's effect. at least that's what i have noticed about the fruit. so i like to take the tribulus fruit in the morning at 4 capsules instead if the 2 caps of the stronger 45% extract product, and then take the stronger 45% extract product in the afternoon at 1 cap at lunch and 1 cap around 4 PM.\n\nthe third tribulus product at Swanson is the Mega Tribulus Extract, which is about half the strength of the Superior Herbs 45% product, at just 20%, and i don't think i like the Mega product. it doesn't seem to have much of a positive effect on my energy or strength. maybe it is processed differently than the other two Swanson tribulus products, so i probably won't reorder the Mega, although i will continue to work it in to my afternoon doses, at 2 capsules each at lunch and 4 PM instead of the Superior Herb 45% extract, until the Mega 20% product bottle runs out.\ni do like tribulus, but currently only in the Swanson Superior Herbs 45% Extract or the Swanson Full Spectrum Fruit.

I am 58 and my wife is 50, we have used Tribulus terrestris together with Testofen for the last 3 months and our libido has increased.I am a open water swimmer and my stamina has also aparently increased . My wife works out in the gym and is also satisfied with the results .As a naturral supplement I do recomend .Very good value for results.

This is the first time I tried this particular supplement, I work out about 5-6 days a week and combine this with another supplement and it works great. I have energy for my workouts, in addition to stamina increase. This isn't bad for the libido either. I recommend drinking lots of water a side effect is constipation if you don't.
