Easy to digest

Noticed immediate affect from taking one Full Spectrum Turmeric capsule along with BioPerine. I take one dose in morning and one in evening. As a result, I've reduced and sometimes eliminated the number of pills in any given week.

Some people say the whole is better than isolated parts. I've noticed no difference positive or negative after switching from the patented C3 Complex to this product, taken with Bioperine. The main difference is the price, and I think this may be a better way to add Curcumin, as well as everything else that's in whole Turmeric.

Taking turmeric plus ginger together works well for me. I can swallow this size capsule ok, although they're a little large. Swanson's products are always very high quality and reasonably priced.

Not bad product. Does not seem to be as effective as what I buy elsewhere. According to label same strength but According to my knees I need an extra pill.
