Swanson Ubiquinol - Maximum Strength 200 mg 30 Softgels

I love that a Swanson uses Kaneka. I used to get mine at Trader Joe's - but they discontinued theirs.

I have been buying from Swanson's for 40 years. They have the best prices and the best vitamins +. I got ubiquinol for my husband, along with other products. He is improving. I suggest people get a catalog and place a order.

I need to take it for a while to determine how good it is. Get back with me in a month.

This is an excellent way to get CoQ10 in a form my body can utilize and to get the daily amount I want to take in one gel cap instead of having to take two of the 100 mg gel caps. One bottle of the 200 mg lasts me a full month taking one daily.I take several different supplements daily so being able to cut down on the number of them while still getting the quality and strength is important to me.

Works for why I need it. I wish the bottle was bigger for the money.

...I've always gotten Co-Q10, with Ubiquinol... So, is this product Co-Q10 or just Ubiquinol? I think from what I read about it, it's both, but would like clarification...

I'm glad to have the ubiquinol as it is said to really help the heart. Who is to really know because studies are not easily done with proper controls. I also don't know how this is made compared to other brands; nor WHAT is the best way to make ubiquinol.

Nutrition news now says people taking Ubiquinol instead of CoQ10, are not doing as well. Lacking in heart health.

I have not felt a difference with my heart function. Perhaps it is still too soon to tell. I'll finish this bottle and perhaps a second before I reach any conclusion.

Actually I am not feeling any different. I had tried the CoQ10 product and I felt more energetic. I do not feel the same with this product. I was told to switch the Ubiquinol because I am older. I will probably not purchase this again. I will either switch to a high dose or go back to the CoQ10.
