Swanson Uc-Ii Standardized Collagen 40 mg 60 Capsules

I tried one brand for 30 days and another for 60 days and could not tell a significant difference in my arthritis. It may have helped some but still have pain. However my arthritis is at high level. Capsules were easy to swallow and I did not find a taste but swallow with lots of water. I may need to use them longer to have better results.

At 76 yrs. I take UC.ll every day and I love it!! If I run out, and go without, I can feel quite a difference - not as limber and not as fluid in normal movements. I have three horses so I have to stay as good as I can and this product really helps!! Would recommend this -YES!

Ive been buying from Swanson for 30 years, A HUMAN BEING actually answers the phone !! If I make a mathematical error...they ALWAYS make it right. Their prices are great as well.

I don't know what to say. My knees are better after taking the UC-II for a couple of months, but sometimes they improve, so I have no idea whether this is cause and effect! I think I will stop taking it for a month and see what happens.

I've only gone through half the first bottle and so far have had mixed results. If l experience any positive results, l believe it may require more time to properly evaluate.
