Ultimate Probiotic Formula - 3 Pack
This product has a good variety and amount of probiotics. My husband and I are both taking it, so the 3 pack is great. I trust the Swanson brand is just as good as others.

It definitely makes a BIG difference when I take this supplement, as I felt GREAT when taking it, and when I gave out, and didn't take it til ordering and getting more - I felt bad til getting more in, then felt Great again when I took it again. I benefit from THIS Lee Swanson Brand, as used a different one, and it didn't work.

Ultimate Probiotic
I have been using this product for about 4 months. I honestly believe it has aided in my digestive system. Before I began using it I had a sluggish elimination problem, sometimes 3 days without a BM. Now it's nearly every day. I still take a softener daily as I did prior to using this product. When I travel I still seem to have stagnation in elimation but overall I am pleased with this and will continue to use it.

Well since I visited Swanson, met with Lee and personally formulated the original product about 15 years ago, I feel it's one of the best probiotic materials out there. Someone made some minor changes to the formula, making it a little less efficacious, but it will still be very effective.

I take 1 in the morning before meals and 1 before bedtime. Really helps keep the columns good flora alive t fight the bad.
