Glad I tried it, it's working for me.
I have had very good luck with the product. It's when I have coffee from some place I don't usually go to that I have serious problems. It takes about four days to get regular again. I'm very happy with the product. I have tried other formulas, but this one gives me the best results.

Probiotic for Seniors
I find it overall to be very gentle on the system, although having a pretty strong digestive system, I only use it once a week. At first it was a little bit too much, but each dose my body adapted better.

It is hard to tell the difference between probiotics. I do think as I am 93 years old the word seniors caught my eyes

I didn't experience any benefits after taking this probiotic.
Since I've been taking this probiotic as directed (finished over 1/2 of the bottle), I don't notice anu positive changes to the function of my body. Clearly, this isn't the probiotic that is best for me.
