Impressive product that works.

This is a good product and it aids me in my quest for an extended period of time of sleep during the night/early morning hours. I am a 64 year old female and I was getting up about 3-4 times a night and was having a difficult time going back to sleep. This sleep pattern left me extremely tired the next day. I would have to take "long" naps, during that day, to get some energy back. With this product, I am not getting up as frequently, and when I do, I am able to fall back to sleep. It has helped me a great deal. I would highly recommend!

Seems to be working well - deeper sleep.

Been using this for a couple years, have reordered several times. I like that it doesn't have melatonin's in it like most other products that are for relaxing/sleeping.

I have tried a lot of sleep aids. They usually leave me hung over the next day or don;t get me thru the night. This natural combination seems to not only work but no drowsy hang over. Great combo.

I keep a bottle on my nightstand along with Rescue Sleep liquid melts. (Used alternately).I will be asleep within 30 minutes.

I continue to refer the combo to my friends, I have never had anyone say that the product was not what I said it was and deny it's benefit. Pat

2 caps before bed really helps to get to sleep !! It has standardized valerian, chamomile, and hops which is the best !
