In addition, I take Swanson's bilberry caps, lutein, and zeaxanthin. As a senior citizen, I try to cover all the bases for keeping my eyes in as good health as possible. For me, Swanson's Eye Essentials work well, are convenient to take, and are more reasonably priced than nationally advertised brands. One can't do better than that.

I sometimes run out of Vision Essentials. when that happens, I can "see" the difference in my vision. and feel it too. My eyes feel like hard rocks. I can't wait for the next delivery. I am on the lookout for the Swanson box to arrive.. My eyes respond quickly to the ingredients designed to enhance vision. I can feel my eyes relax. What a relief. It is important now to get my order in well in advance.

Several years ago our Ophthalmologist recommended we take a vision supplement made by a well known manufacturer of vision support products. As a nutritionist I always research product ingredients before using them. Their product contains artificial colors that are well known to have potential negative side effects. Swanson's Vision Essentials have a similar formula WITHOUT the offensive artificial colors. It's a simple choice & Swanson's product is significantly less expensive. Our Ophthalmologist is very pleased with the continuing good condition of our vision.

Am pleased with this product's formula. Like the addition of lutein in it. It does have corn starch, which is a negative, but it is so difficult to find the perfect formula. This seems to be helping, however, and will continue to use.

I have been spending more time on my laptop,iPad,reading and watching TV to the point where I had to close my eyes. Since taking this formula my eyes feel stronger and more relaxed. Four stars only due to the length of time I have been using isn't enough to confirm long term benefits

I haven't used it long enough to gauge any noticeable effects. I will look at the results after maybe using it for over a month.
