Swanson Vitacholine 300 mg 60 Veggie Capsules

Just ordered two bottles after a friend passed some of these capsules along and recommended them to me. I am going through a particularly hectic period at work and have been looking for something to help me break through my 'brain fog' issues. After trying these for a week, I definitely feel like I am having an easier time focusing on things and am somewhat less overwhelmed with all the stuff on my plate. I'm taking one capsule a day in the morning with breakfast and have been happy with the results.

I am familiar with VitaCholine and look for it specifically! I find the Swanson product to be a great value : amount of choline delivered vs cost, and i personally prefer gelcaps. I have recommended this product to many friends!

I researched this thoroughly and I'm glad I did. I don't feel anything dramatic when I take this, but I know it's working. Choline plays an important role in the body, and this VitaCholine is a superior product.

I am happy with this product. It's usful. Not noly for brain, but also for my digestion. It helps movements of the intestine.

This choline bitartrate may be pharmaceutical-grade, but It is way too expensive in my opinion; as I can get on swansons as well by another brand of choline bitrate- 100 pills at 500mg instead of 60 at 300,(albeit more potent possibly), at significant less cost as well.I seemed to respond better to the higher dose personally than this one. I also had 40 more pills to work with in the bottle.I would say in this product's defense, that if you were looking for the purest form possible, and if you had a hard time swallowing the bigger 500mg pills, then this would probably be a better choice.
