I personally like these B-complex caps. I've taken other B vitamins that seemed too powerful and didn't always agree with my system. Not sure why -maybe they were not as fresh or maybe the ratio/balance was not agreeable with my needs. For a long time I stopped taking B's and was frustrated that I could not find a low dosage B-complex that more closely resembled the RDA.I finally gave up and started breaking caps apart and having maybe a quarter or a third at a time. I eventually got these and started popping them whole. The dosage seems totally fine to me - no digestive issues, no crash when they wear off. I prefer to take them with or right after dinner - usually along with some L-theanine and or Tyrosine. They do me right. My evenings seem both more relaxed and more productive at the same time. I'm less of a jerk with my wife and kids.

I am a true believer that a good source of Vitamin B-complex provides with sensitive digestive systems with their need for a comfortable feeling.I am getting this comfort from my Vitamin-B 125 complex from my best supplier: Swanson

I think this pill is too hard to swallow, and leaves a bad after-taste. I did not really feel the effects of this vitamin after a few weeks. The value is good for this amount of vitamins. I would love to see this products in a capsule.Thank you.

after buying B-100 for years, I wanted to increase my dose to B-125. unfortunately it was a mistake because the pills are too big for my throat and too sharp if I break them in half. so I will be throwing them away and going back to the B100.

I was annoyed because the 250-tablet was "out of stock", so I had to pay more.

These tablets are enormous. I don't know how anyone can swallow them, and I won't try. I received a refund.
