Swanson Vitamin B2 Riboflavin Supplement, Supports Thyroid Function, Energy Metabolism & Healthy Vision, 100 Capsules

I've been taking 200 mg a day for a couple of months now and it really seems to be helping to keep my migraines manageable. It would be nice if it came in 200 mg capsules, but I couldn't find it anywhere, so I just take 2 a day - NP.

Even though Walmart doesn't carry this item in their local stores, I was able to buy it in their online stores. Great deal too!

We were tested at a naturopath office and the Swanson brand products tested "pure"... that was a bit validating of their quality!

I take this vitamin for migraine type headaches along with magnesium. It seems to help.

It's good

I've always been Very Big on all the B-Vitamins, which are so important for one's general metabolism and at least 8 major areas. In addition to taking 2 or 3 of the ultra-important B-100 Complex daily, I supplement other individual B's for their specific contributions. B-2 is renowned for eyes, skin, and as a catalyst for B-1 and B-5. So, I take an additional 3 of these 100 mg. B-2 caps every morning and night. (I wish they put it out in a 250 mg. capsule.) Over the many decades, I have found that B-Vitamins have an immediate impact. Works for me.

Good value with coupons. Potent.

I have been taking this about a month and can't really say that I feel a difference. I will continue to use the rest of the bottle but not sure if I will re-order. I have not felt any negative effects so that is good too as some B vitamins are too strong and make me tired instead of giving me energy.

After buying two bottles of this product, I learned that naturally occurring B2 will be linked with phosphate and that B2 supplements that label themselves simply as "riboflavin" are a synthetic form of B2. I wish I had known this before I purchased this B2.
