These 2,000 IU capsules are the perfect size for those of us who only want to take one capsule a day to maintain good health.This is a very good product that offers great health benefits for nominal cost.Swanson's SW1210 has become a true staple that I will not be without.

Have you any idea how tough it is to find a vitamin D that doesn't have soybean oil in it?This one doesn't have that, and doesn't upset the stomach like cod liver oil does.It is a very good value, particularly when you compare prices with what you find at the health food stores.

Swanson products had been highly recommended by an acquaintance, therefor, I ordered some vitamin D to try. Also, the price was fantastic.Total disappointment after a couple of weeks when I read the ingredients. This product is full of fillers such as gelatin, modified food starch, rice flour, sucrose, silica, among three or four others. Not what you'd call pure vitamin D by any stretch of the imagination. Guess I got what I paid for atthat fantastic price--fillers. Won't make this mistake again.

very disappointed, it is a capsule that is similar to other Swanson supplemental products in the same color and same size - can't differentiate, not only that but you have to take with oil in order for absorption. Other brands have this in the softgel form. Don't buy - not recommended
