Because I take high dose vitamin C between 6 and 8 grams daily, sometimes more, I take 1000 IU E daily, too.\n\nI'd rather the soluble oil in this product were virgin olive, hence my 4 stars for quality.\n\nBut soy oil works and overall I give Swanson E Mixed Tocopherols a 5-leaf rating.
